Callum MacSorley is an award winning Lighting, Homeware & Furniture Designer based on the South Coast of the UK.

He has exhibited work at some of the largest international design fairs including Salone Del Mobile Milan, Stockholm Lighting Fair, Light + Build Messe Frankfurt, 100% Design London and showcased work at the prestigious B&B Italia Showroom.

With over 17 years industry experience dealing with UK & European retailers, Callum has had designs manufactured for customers including Heals, Karlsson, Habitat, Made, Soho House, John Lewis & Anthropologie.

In 2024 Callum made the decision to set up as a freelance designer under the title Callum & MacSorley Design Studio. Previously working as a Senior Designer for Dar Lighting in Oxfordshire, where he worked for 10 years. Earlier in his career he worked as a designer for Dorset based company,  Poole Lighting and freelanced for design outfit, One Foot Taller, in Glasgow Scotland.  

Graduating from Loughborough University in 2005 with a Ba Hon's in Furniture Design, Callum has always been fascinated by Scandinavian styling; especially enjoying the combination of art & sculpture with functional design.
